With two decades of experience driving legal technology transformation and operational excellence, Meghana is a recognized leader in legal operations and tech implementations, CLM strategy, and global delivery. As Global Head of Delivery at Ekamm8, she leads enterprise-wide legal tech implementations, innovation programs, and high-performing teams.
Before joining Ekamm8, Meghana held senior leadership roles at DWF, Tata Communications and EY, Thomson Reuters/Pangea3, where she managed complex, multi-stakeholder projects across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North & South America. She led global legal operations initiatives, integrating AI-driven solutions, compliance frameworks, and post-rollout optimization strategies.
Meghana has led the successful delivery of enterprise CLM and Compliance programs, drawing on her dual experience as an in-house Legal Operations leader and as a client-facing consultant. She has partnered with global financial institutions, FMCG leaders, and giga projects across the Middle East, enabling adoption and support for thousands of users across diverse departments. Her expertise spans workflow automation, AI-based contract management, template standardization, and stakeholder onboarding.
She began her career in the Alternative Legal Services Provider (ALSP) sector with pioneering companies like Mindcrest and Pangea3.
