With 25 years of experience driving innovation and transformation in the legal sector, Rachita has played a pivotal role in reshaping how legal services are delivered globally. Before her entrepreneurial journey with Ekamm8, Rachita was the Global Head of Legal Ops, Tech, and Consulting at DWF, where she led strategic initiatives to integrate technology and data into legal operations. She has a proven track record in driving technology implementations, continuous improvement, and automation, as well as managing compliance divisions.

Previously, Rachita served as Vice President of Legal at Tata Communications, where she spearheaded the legal department’s transformation into a more tech- and data-driven organization. She also served as a Director on the Board of Tata Communications Payment Solutions Limited. Prior to Tata Communications, Rachita was Vice President of Legal Services at Integreon, where she managed the India Legal Services team of over 1000 professionals and contributed to the company’s business development efforts.

Earlier in her career, Rachita held leadership positions at Integreon where she managed over 1000 legal and non-legal professionals,  Ernst & Young, and consulted with a Dubai-based private equity firm to establish Sri Lanka’s first Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP).

Rachita’s career began as a founding member of Pangea3, where she helped build and scale the company’s operations, processes, and systems. Her leadership contributed to the company’s success in delivering complex legal solutions, including corporate abstraction and due diligence.
